Der Cataclysm Client wird nach Erscheinen des AddOns sicherlich wieder von Blizzard zum Download angeboten (einen Download-Link findet ihr dann an dieser Stelle). Auf der offiziellen Seite könnt ihr dann den Cataclysm Client herunterladen – dieser ist natürlich nur dann sinnvoll verwendbar, wenn ihr neben dem Client auch einen Cataclysm Key besitzt bzw. euren Account bereits erweitert hat. Wer Cataclysm nicht käuflich erworben hat, kommt auch mit einem Download des Clients nicht weiter. Also: Erst Cataclysm kaufen oder Account direkt online im Battle.net erweitern, dann Cataclysm Client herunterladen.

Cataclysm Client Download
Der Download des Cataclysm Clients wird dabei genau wie die bisherigen Downloads, die ihr über die Blizzard-Webseite herunterladen könnt, völlig kostenlos sein. Wenn ihr es in die Cataclysm Beta schaffen solltet, müsst ihr bei Erscheinen des Spiels höchstwahrscheinlich keinen weiteren Download bzw. keine weitere Installation vornehmen – bislang hat Blizzard die Beta-Clients stets per automatischem Patch auf die Verkaufsversion upgedated. Es erübrigt sich also, Cataclysm erneut herunterzuladen – selbst wenn ihr euch das Spiel nicht als Box kauft.

Eine Übersicht über alle World of Warcraft Client Downloads findet ihr bei Blizzard. Dort wird nach Erscheinen auf der Download des Cataclysm Clients möglich sein.
